Thor sprained my big toe…

It sounds ridiculous, but it’s mostly true. The second week of Centr workouts (Chris Hemsworth Program) I was doing more sets of lunges and burpees and noticed a lack of balance. I didn’t realize it at the time but when I work up the next morning I could barely walk! My big toe joint was screaming in pain. I still got a workout in the next morning - but not a Centr workout. I hit the air bike and bench press. From what I can tell I’ve sprained my big toe similar to what turf toe is for football players. I haven’t done the explosive movement thing for a while - and doing burpees and lunges barefoot appears to have hyperextended or sprained my big toe. I’m icing, elevating, and buddy wrapping to the toe next to it - but walking is so painful. It’ll make impaired mobility a thing for each birth in our family - 3 for 3 between toes, ankles, and knees. I’m going to give my foot the rest it needs - and use the opportunity to tighten up the food plan. My buddy Ken suggested an app to help track and motivate intermittent fasting. Maybe I’ll look into that until I’m ready to tackle Thor again.

Key Takeaways

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
